( topshop tee , michael van der ham a-line skirt c/o maisondej.com , balenciaga sandals , linda farrow x prabal gurung shades )
i probably have more than a dozen cropped tops in my closet…tight fitted, raw edged, high-necked etc... obviously highly addictive to me and for obvious reasons very appropriate in hong kong. especially all the american apparel ones that i can't live without. i've realized i've came to the top of my insane measures when i started cropping a few old tees myself. note - featured above. not bad i guess? i always like to pair cropped things with high waisted skirts. it's like my perfect equation. paired here is a tweed michael van der ham skirt from maisondej.com that i just couldn't let go of. something about the tweed texture and confetti fringe caught me.
p.s i guess this london scheduling isn't really melding well with me. i miss hong kong :(

Love the photography & the skirt is awesome.

I adore cropped tops, especially ones that are completely one colour tone. Was your topshop tshirt already fitted to begin with or did you alter the shirt to make it slimmer? Tight, slim cropped tops are more lovely than the looser ones I must say.
